Advantages: This Hotel is in a great location, 2 min walk to main street in Legian and 10 min walk to the beach. Having a nice small pool is such a bonus to cool off in the evening. There are many great food places, shops close by and it was easy to find my favorites being I was here for a month. If there was somewhere else I needed to get to, a 'grab' ride was easy to access. The room had the basic requirements I needed, a desk to work from, a good closet space, balcony to chill & safe to mention a few. I got to know the staff, even met the owner, I found them super friendly & accommodating. Early morning get ups to beat the sun was a norm for exercise along the beach boardwalk & surfing at Kuta beach where the surf is pretty consistent. I have traveled a lot, I have found the Balinese people some of the friendliest & accommodating I've met. Disadvantages: A lot of these remarks are always due to preconceived expectations from previous traveling, from looking at photos & reviews. Originally when I arrived I thought dam I should have spent more money, as my judgement was based on my previous Bali trip 5 years ago, before Covid. But they soon melted away soon after I took into consideration the money I spent was under half of the last trip. The room was serviced twice while I was there, so my rubbish piled up a bit, you just need to ask for this to be done. The towels/linen were a bit old, with some small holes & marks. However they were always clean & fresh, no worse than home ones. There were a few small holes & marks on the walls, with some unfinished maintenance. The bathroom had a constant leak & part of the floor never dried up. The shower is over the bathroom tub, I almost slipped over the first time stepping out. There is currently maintenance being done, the first room has just been plastered/painted & looks great. The staff have told me the whole building is getting painted & maintenance will be part of this I am sure. I loved staying here & definitely will be back as all the little issues are being addressed.

For the price pretty good. Don't expect anything to be perfect, but it has advanced features (extra cold A/C, fridge, bathtub, balkony, pool, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure). Perfect for a short budget stay to experience Kuta/Legian. I was positively surprised how quiet it is in the night time. All you need is close by and the beach in walking distance.For the budget, quite deluxe, just the usual maintenance issues of tropical climates.

Advantages: The location is very strategic, easy to find any food and souvenirs.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and complete facilities. Disadvantages: The number of power plugs in the room is limited.

Advantages: The room was clean and comfortable. how many additional services. it looks like there is starting to be a positive treatment. hopefully cleanliness is always maintained because the hotel is very strategic near the beach and many warung2 eat Disadvantages: impression at the beginning, but then okay

The hotel is perfectly located, there is parking, a kitchenette, a safe, an air conditioner, a balcony, a clothes dryer, a pool, sun beds are broken, a shower and a place next to the pool is not cleaned, BUT you CAN swim at any time, this is the main advantage. The room was not cleaned, we lived for 5 days. We cleaned ourselves. If you have no complaints, then the location is great, 10 minutes walk to the sea is normal, there is a place to eat at any time. On the way to the sea, an excellent massage for 400 rubles per hour. We got lucky.

Advantages: The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The best thing is the staff are friendly, very helpful there, want to stay there again feel seeprti have friends .Although in the midst of a crowded legian remains calm atmosphere of the hotel, like really at home.

Advantages: Nice hotel, side of Legian highway, close to the Airport, Kuta Beach, Legian and Seminyak, near minimarkets, shopping centers. Disadvantages: there are only 4 rooms, suitable for families, if booking directly 4 rooms like private property

According to the description, according to the photo, the room is quiet. Parking is a little far away. Because weve spacious parking lot there is a bathtub, there is a shower, warm water is available.Close to Kuta Beach. Very walkable. Lots of food vendors around. Big TV. Bright room.
